Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of pets, Pawderpur products are non-refundable once opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Original Shipping costs are n on-refundable. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to fair, case-by-case resolution.
